- Having too many people too soon – out of the eagerness to earn something more, some online businessmen hire so many people, especially offshore with the belief that they can get things done faster in lesser cost. The truth is, this can cause the businessman financial constraints as he or she would be paying for too many people, without any certainty on the ROI, yet. It is always better to focus on one task at a time, and was the business is already stable, that’s the best time to hire more people.
- Engaging in something they don’t like – just because a certain product is famous mean that you can immediately gain something from it. The best products to sell are still those that are close to your expertise and passion, as you would need those two in order to sincerely market your business.
